Message	another example would be in the IT industry. People bitch about foreign IT people destroying the IT industry by outsourcing OR by working for lower rates on H1B's. Well guess who hired them ? American owned and run companies who are looking for the cheapest labor. Who is to blame ? usually the people see a brown face and blame them.
